Do you offer mobile services?
Yes. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, businesses, and other agreed locations throughout our service area. Availability and travel charges vary by location and appointment time.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please have the document requiring notarization and acceptable identification available for your appointment. Do not sign any signature requiring notarization beforehand unless you have been specifically instructed that you may do so. Additional requirements may apply depending on the document and notarial act.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies by service, location, appointment time, number of documents or notarizations, wait time, and any special processing requirements. Mobile general notary appointments start at $45 during standard weekday hours. Final pricing is confirmed based on the services requested.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute appointments?
Yes, same-day, evening, and weekend appointments may be available. After-hours, weekend, urgent-service, and additional travel fees may apply. Availability is not guaranteed, so advance booking is recommended whenever possible.

Do you provide apostilles for documents going to any country?
We assist with documents intended for international use; however, the required process depends on the destination country. Yes. We provide professional Notary Signing Agent services for purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, seller packages, and other eligible real-estate transactions. Pricing varies based on the signing package, location, printing requirements, appointment time, and other service requirements.
Do you travel to hospitals and care facilities?
Yes. Mobile notarization may be available at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted-living communities, nursing facilities, and other care settings. The signer must be able to communicate and participate in the notarization, and acceptable identification and any required witnesses should be arranged before the appointment.
Do you provide jail or detention-facility notarizations?
Yes. Jail and detention-facility notarization is available for eligible facilities and documents. These appointments require additional coordination and may involve facility procedures, travel, security processing, and wait time. Pricing starts at the applicable service rate and may increase based on wait time, distance, additional documents, after-hours service, or other facility requirements.
